Are you passionate about connecting with people, listening to their stories, and helping them achieve their goals? Evolve Artist is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and bring a human touch to a world full of automation.

This role will work closely with the Operations/Marketing Manager to support our marketing initiatives in a variety of ways, including:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with running Live Trial Classes, helping prospective students learn about our program.

• Engage with warm leads via SMS, email, Facebook comments, Instagram comments, and Instagram DMs.

• Learn to guide conversations by asking the right questions, listening to goals, and determining if people are a good fit for Evolve Artist.

• Respond professionally and authentically to inquiries, adding a personal touch to all interactions.

• Proactively open conversations with new Instagram followers when there are no pending messages.

• Maintain an organized system to track communications and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability: We need someone who shows up consistently and takes ownership of their work.

• Excellent communication skills: You have a natural, authentic online voice and can maintain a professional tone.

• Proactivity: You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and can hold your own in conversations.

• Attention to detail: You notice the little things and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

• Technical skills: You’re comfortable using a computer, navigating multiple platforms, and learning new tools.

• Organized and systems-oriented: You thrive in a structured environment and follow established processes.

Details:

• Part-time: 3-4 hours per day, 15-20 hours per week to start.

• Flexible schedule with potential for growth into a full-time role, based on performance and fit.

• Remote position: work from wherever you are!

• Compensation: $18–$22 USD/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
